I’m afraid your packaging of fragile items needs a lot of improvement- any time I order something in glass it usually breaks. I also feel that many of your vitamin brands are low quality; they are affordable prices but not ingredients I want. I do really appreciate that you offer free shipping at a reasonable price level, especially because I live in Hawaii.

The auto ship feature is more complicated that I would like.

Would have given a 10/10 but I had a subscription with a card that was discontinued (even though expiration was in the future) and the site would not allow payer card change as it was tied to the subscription. I had to discontinue subscription to be able to delete the card. In cancelling the subscription I was asked why. Needed an "other," in the choices as to why I was cancelling.

Vitacost used to give you 20% discount for customers and they had more to a bottle. Not really sure I will keep using iherb. I liked Vitacost the way it was! Everything has gone up too much. JH

I had ordered ALL THE TIME thru vita cost. Really liked their SIMPLE TRUTH ORGANICS. Once they merged with you, most things became unaffordable for me to order .

You have just sent my order # 947405242 to our California address when I am quite sure I asked for it to be sent to our 758 No. Hollow Rd, Granville, VT 05747 address where we spend 4.5 months of our lives. If you made the mistake, I would appreciate this second order I have just placed, due Sept. 23, to Vermont, to be reimbursed. The soap that arrived in California I hope is waiting for us in October when we return, but often packages are lost. Please check to see if I neglected to make sure the address was our Vermont address, and therefore it was my fault, or if it was your fault, If mine, I will pay of course. If yours, since I am a loyal customer for decades, it would be good customer relations to send me 5 bars of soap gratis.
